I read over 250 a year and I'm 44 I picked up my first Merryl Sawyer "Death's Door" to read. Rarely am I struck by a novel to spend 24 hours straight reading. You most recent work as captured me. I will read all of your past and future works. My Mom is going through chemotherapy and I am physically impaired. Your novel allowed me almost 24 hours of pain free entertainment. When I can immerse myself into a novel tune out the rest of the world I consider it the best pain medicine in the world. The plot was ingenious, the love story told beautifully and the villain amazingly horrid. The plot twists and red herrings were plentiful I was so disappointed to see it end...I wanted more! Thank you very much for such a great escape.
